Our proposed floor plan for the 2008 event in the 53,000 SF Arena Building will offer wider isles, and greater exposure for all participants, with more space and hospitality places throughout the exhibit. The Building measures 300 feet long by 178 feet wide and is 50 feet high so our indoor demo area will offer great options for demonstrating your products. Linking with the local racers, 3D flight demonstrations, and WAR’s Battle Bot Competition we have incorporated a carpet race track with full on racing, a Crawler obstacle area, our 30 x 40 RCP demo and play track, and the popular Hockey bots for taking out those aggressions on some poor robot. We have also a Saturday evening Buffet and Auction for more mingling and meeting other participants. Let us know what you think of our layout!! The design has taken into account the number of last minute requests for booth space we could not accommodate last year. Looks like the Fairgrounds Wireless Internet service is going to be free this year so make sure your cards are up to date and working properly for effortless internet transactions during the show!!

Refund policy Vendor’s and Swap Shop tables: No refunds after February 1, 2008. If due to a Natural or National disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2008 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, Imminent Events Eh Inc. will procure an appropriate venue and date and apply the collected funds to the new show date. If it is impossible for a payee to attend the Expo on the Emergency date, Imminent Events will apply said collected funds towards the Event in the following year.
Refund Policy for General Admission Tickets: If due to a Natural or National disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2008 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, General Admission ticket holders will be offered an admission pass at the new date and place by simply exchanging their original pass at the ticket booth for the emergency scheduled show.
