SWAP SHOP – A Bargain Hunter’s Dream
February 12th thru 14th, 2010 - Monroe WashingtonRegistration for the 2010 Swap Shop commenced on October 1, 2009. Early birds got their tables.
We are out of tables as of noon on Feb 8th. There may be an opportunity (no shows, etc.), so check with John during the setup and event hours to see if any tables are available!
Set-Up time for swap shop Traders:
Friday Feb. 11th - 8:00 am & Saturday Feb. 12th - 8:00 am Take Down and Clean-Up : Sunday Feb 14th - 3 pm - 5 pm

The NW Model Hobby Expo Swap Shop Section is intended for hobbyist to sell or trade items of their choice. It is not intended for hobby retailers or dealers to sell or promote their products. If a hobby retailer / dealer wishes to market or promote their products they may do so in the Vendor Section. Each swap shop table includes one table, two chairs and a day entry ticket for each day a table is requested.

Refund policy Vendor’s and Swap Shop tables: No refunds after February 1, 2010. If due to a Natural or National disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2010 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, Imminent Events Eh Inc. will procure an appropriate venue and date and apply the collected funds to the new show date. If it is impossible for a payee to attend the Expo on the Emergency date, Imminent Events will apply said collected funds towards the Event in the following year.
Refund Policy for General Admission Tickets: If due to a Natural or National disaster causing a total cancellation of the 2010 Northwest Model Hobby Expo, General Admission ticket holders will be offered an admission pass at the new date and place by simply exchanging their original pass at the ticket booth for the emergency scheduled show.
